2019 EPYSA Development Grant

AC United receives 2019 EPYSA Development Grant. AC United will use the $2,000 grant for improvements at Marsden Field.

The Development Grants Program was established in 2013 to maintain and improve the infrastructure of soccer in Eastern Pennsylvania. The funding is intended to go primarily, but not limited to, fields and facility improvements.

“We work to provide enjoyable experiences for all of our youth players and a large part of that is providing quality fields and facilities,” says Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer CEO Chris Branscome. “Through these grants, we can assist and empower our clubs to grow the sport in their communities, and on a larger scale, throughout the state. We're proud to be able to provide these opportunities on behalf of our membership."

Among many criteria, applicants must demonstrate their own financial and human resources commitment to the project. In addition, they must outline how the project will positively impact their soccer organization as well as the growth of the sport within their respective communities. The recipients are chosen through a review process conducted by the Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer Grant Committee.
